It started as a waterspout on the St. Johns River about a half mile away from the office, died out, and then reformed over land touching down on solid ground over St. Vincent's Hospital moments before it passed directly over our heads. The tornado tore siding from houses and uprooted trees as it quickly intensified before dying out moments later." I just thought this had to be youtubed because this is the first video or picture i can think of that shows the inside of a tornado as described by the rare survivors of being into the funnel and out... later in the video it shows the tornado passing overhead and the cameramen go outside and see the previously described funnel in the middle surrounded by lightning lined clouds. I don't even think the Discovery Channel got footage this good in their special about putting a camera inside a tornado. The tornado going through the city was not covered due to the unfortunate passing of michael jackson, but this needs to be spread, hence the repost.
