Open Question: What are some good apartments in Jacksonville, FL to live in?

I am doing some homework early on and plan on transferring to an office possibly in Orange Park sometime next year. I want to live in a safe community with rent as low as possibly as well. I expect to be at least making $1600 monthly and do want to live on my own. So, a rent under $700 is possible.
